Darren DeLuca is the Project Realtor for Park Ridge at Anderson Hill. He assisted the District Group in the purchase and acquisition of the ADSS high school lands, the current home of Anderson Hill. He also acted for District in the sale of the 3-acre Port View apartments development site, and the Parkview subdivision single family home lots.
As Project Realtor, Darren is responsible for the Sales and Marketing activities of the Park Ridge development. He assists Buyer’s Agents in the many details of a pre-sale offering, including the presentation and receipt of the Disclosure Statement, negotiating offers, and assisting in the closing process. Darren has been a licenced Realtor for over 20 years and specializes in challenging and diverse real estate sales. His practice has included land acquisitions, packaged multi-property packages, court-ordered sales, foreclosures, residential homes, and commercial sales.
Darren is a long-time resident of Port Alberni and the Alberni Valley with family history going back to the 1930’s.
